Office Tower
The office tower in its uniqueness incorporates a 360 view whilst maximising floor area for workspace. The architect intent in to create a minimalist approach whilst maintaining a contemporary and modern outcome. Connectivity within the tower itself is easy navigatable as it is based on a straightforward plan that utilises a direct approach to its corridors and lobbies. The top level of the tower give a premium view and a bigger space for tenants. Additionally, incorporating a top level restaurant that overlooks the surrounding Section 14 zone of Shah Alam. 

The Retail 

A convinient way for employees to dwell and go around after a long day, to set up a meeting place or just to get some fuel for the day. Compromising of retail shops and restaurants, this is a strategic way of increasing jobs and generating income for the community. The design has a modern and contemporary look whilst utilising a green and natural aspect to reduce stress or enxiety for visitors and workers above. The design also emphasises a bit of luxury within the area. Hence, these aspects creates not just a healthy working environment for everyone but to instill a sense of sustainable modern lifestyle.
