Ts. Danni Dato' Ar. Noor Dahlan

ASSOCIATE & LEAD ARCHITECT

BACHELOR OF ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN, MASTER OF ARCHITECTURE, UNIVERSITY OF ADELAIDE South Australia

Danni’s passion for architecture was sparked in childhood, deeply influenced by his father—an accomplished architect and Director of the firm NDA. From a young age, he was drawn to innovative, sustainable, and modern design, with a particular interest in architecture that fosters meaningful placemaking within communities.

He pursued his architectural education at the University of Adelaide in South Australia, where he completed both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. Professionally, Danni played a key role in the $165 million Adelaide Airport Expansion Project, working alongside BESIX Watpac—a firm renowned for constructing the Burj Khalifa—and in collaboration with the internationally acclaimed design practice, Hassell.

Danni is a registered Part II architect with the Board of Architects Malaysia (LAM) and is actively working toward full registration. He is also a registered Professional Technologist with the Board of Technologists Malaysia, equipping his practice with a distinct edge in the latest building and construction technologies.

Before focusing on the airport project, Danni collaborated closely with NDA, contributing to a variety of residential and commercial developments across Malaysia. His cross-border experience in both the Australian and Malaysian built environments at a young age showcases his adaptability and global design perspective.

Danni is passionate about the design-and-build approach and sees architecture as more than just the creation of beautiful structures. He believes architects should embody leadership, empower younger generations, and rise to meet diverse challenges through innovation and resilience.
